Campus Archives

The purpose of the Campus Archives is to collect, organize, and preserve the historic documents of Indiana University Kokomo. The Campus Archives storage and processing areas are located on the second floor of the Library and are maintained by the archivist and library staff.

Guidelines on types of records to send to Campus Archives:

Two publications provide historical information about the Indiana University Kokomo campus and are available for checkout in the library:

  1. Going to College at Home: Forty Years of Higher Education in Kokomo 1945-1985 by Dow Richardson

  2. Coming of Age: 50 Years of Higher Education in Kokomo: Indiana University Kokomo in Photos & Memories, and a DVD which includes highlights of an additional 10 years, 1995-2005
