  • Friday: 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • Sunday: Closed

Summer Hours

Let our leaders inspire and motivate you in one of our group exercise sessions at no extra charge! No experience necessary - and we have sessions for all fitness levels!

  • Box and Barre: Monday & Wednesday 12:00 p.m.
  • Circuit Training: Monday 6:30 p.m. & Wednesday 5:30 p.m.

Box and Barre Description

In this class you will alternate isometric holds and small controlled movements with Cardio kickboxing bursts as well as functional, full body exercises! Box & Barre uniquely combines Pilates, barre and boxing moves into a fat-torching, muscle-sculpting, core-centric interval workout. All Levels Welcome. This class will strengthen every muscle and kick your calorie burn into high gear. Bag gloves are handy , but are not required.

Floor, Core, and More

A dynamic, full body, with extra focus on the core, workout, combing Yoga and Pilates practices to create lean muscle tone, improved flexibility, a stronger core, reducing stress and boosting your sense of well being. 

Urban and Soul Line Dancing Description

Urban/Soul Line dancing is done to R&B, Reggae, Jazz and Hip Hop music and is a fun way to exercise your body and your mind! Tina will break down each dance step-by-step, and there's no pressure-no drama-only FUN! If you mess up, just catch up!
