Susan Sciame-Giesecke has been the Chancellor at Indiana University Kokomo since April 2014. During her career she has served in various leadership roles including chair of the Humanities Department, Dean of Arts and Sciences, Executive Vice Chancellor of Academic Affairs and Student Affairs, and Interim Chancellor.

Chancellor Sciame-Giesecke believes one of the primary roles of a regional campus is to facilitate the economic vitality of the campus service region by partnering with corporate, nonprofit, education and government leaders. She launched the Regional Leadership Institute, a two year initiative created to gather leaders from all walks of life, to help them learn to think and act regionally, to create a strong, globally competitive economy. Currently, she is leading an initiative to host a Women's Summit designed to identify and address women's issues in Howard County.

Gerry Stroman has been an administrator for Indiana University Kokomo since 1985. She is currently the Chief of Staff of the Chancellor's Office which encompasses many responsibilities for the campus. She served as the Director of University Division for 22 years; in 2009 she was appointed Assistant Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs for a newly created office of Student Success and Advising. This included academic advising, the testing center, new student orientation and convocation, and the Student Success Center. In 1994, Gerry was appointed the campus Affirmative Action Officer and has served the campus in that capacity for the last 19 years.

She serves on the Chancellor's Cabinet, Dean's Council, Administrative Council and the Campus Diversity Committee. Gerry has also served and chaired numerous committees and task forces at IU Kokomo.

Elizabeth Van Gordon

During more than three decades with Indiana University, Beth Van Gordon has managed and directed support for learning technology operations, telecommunications, university information services, and administrative and academic IT services. In 2009, she became the Chief Information Officer for Indiana University Kokomo. In her current role as campus CIO for three of Indiana University's regional campuses, she identifies and communicates the technology implications for strategic goals, and serves as an advocate for the development and use of information technologies to assist the university in fulfilling its teaching, research, and service mission. She anticipates changes and emerging trends in information technology. Her responsibilities include operational, strategic and fiscal planning for all aspects of technological innovation, advancement and implementation of information and communication systems.

Philemon K. Yebei is the Director of Budget Administration at Indiana University Kokomo with responsibility for budgetary, fiscal, and administrative affairs. Prior to joining IU Kokomo, Philemon worked as a Financial Analyst in the Office of the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Indiana University Bloomington and has served in various administrative and instructional positions here in the United States and in his home country of Kenya.

Philemon earned his Doctorate in Higher Education Administration and Masters in Applied Health Science from Indiana University Bloomington and holds a Bachelor of Education degree from Moi University in Eldoret, Kenya.
