Advertising

Thank you for considering advertising in The Correspondent. To help you better understand our services, please consider the following:
  • The Correspondent is available to approximately 3,000 students drawn from an eight county region in north-central Indiana. Additionally, the paper is read by faculty, staff, and administrators.
  • The Correspondent will print approximately 12 issues during each academic year in a tabloid format that normally runs eight pages in length.
  • All ads must be received by the business manager at least five days prior to publication deadline. Please allow an extra five days for ads requiring layout design and/or assistance.
  • It is preferred that camera-ready ads be submitted on disk or by e-mail, but we can scan if necessary.

Submission Format

We ask that ads adhere to the following information:

Any ads requiring full layout or extensive design assistance will be returned to you for your approval prior to publication. We ask that you promptly approve the ad so that we may be certain to make publication deadline.

Camera-ready ads preferred, PDF format, 300 dpi minimum suggested. All ads in black and white unless otherwise specified. For an extra charge, limited color advertising opportunities are available on the back page (space permitting).
