Student ID Cards

The student ID system has moved to the Bursar's Office, KC205.  No appointment necessary!!

Your Indiana University Kokomo student ID card officially identifies you as an IU Kokomo student.

IU Kokomo students are required to have a valid student ID card to:

• Use campus computer labs
• Check out resources from the library
• Purchase software in the bookstore
• Sell books back in the bookstore

Where do I get my student ID card?

You can get your student ID in the Bursar's Office, KC205.  Email kocard@iuk.edu with any questions.

What are the hours for obtaining a new student ID?

Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., no appointment necessary.

Do I need to bring anything with me when I get my student ID card?

In order to confirm your identity and your status as an IU Kokomo student, you will need to bring along a valid photo ID (such as a driver's license or a state ID card).

Do I need to get a new card every semester or year?

No, your IU Kokomo student ID card is valid as long as you are enrolled at IU Kokomo.

What if I lose my card?

A $25 fee will be charged for replacement cards. The replacement fee is also charged for an official name change.
