Data Request Form

If you are looking for reports on enrollment, retention, or degree completion, please visit the Information Management website and click on the links to access these reports. If you are unable to find the data you are looking for, please fill out the data request form below (rather than sending an email). Submitting this form allows the project to be promptly assigned, scheduled, and monitored. Requests will generally be answered in one - two weeks depending on complexity. Please be aware that some data requests may take longer.

Data Requests are prioritized according to institutional need, campus priorities, and Strategic Plan. All requests are reviewed when they are recieved and a confirmation of approximate time frame will be sent within 48 hours in most cases. Certain data requests may require additional approval [Ex. Vice Chancellor].

In general, data will only be provided in the aggregate. All requests will adhere to guidelines set forth by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Please give this office as much notice as possible when requesting data, as some requests take longer than others depending on the nature of the data.
