Performance Management
Indiana University supports a performance management appraisal system for its staff.  Performance management emphasizes a continuous process of planning, communication, evaluation and development.  This site includes information and performance appraisal forms.

Personnel Policies
IU has official personnel policies and procedures for both its professional and non-union support staff employees and its  hourly employees (part-time staff and students).  These two manuals are easy to search and are printer friendly.
