E-Mail Address Update (Authurized Payers Only)

You may update your Authorized Payer e-mail address by following the instructions below.

  1. Access OneStart at https://onestart.iu.edu.
  2. Choose “Authorized Payer Access” under the QuikPAY section in the left column. You will then be routed to the QuikPAY login page and prompted for your QuikPAY username and password.
  3. Click “User Preferences” on the menu.
  4. Enter your new e-mail address under “Primary”. (Be sure to review your notification preferences and click the appropriate box to be sent e-mail messages.)
  5. Click “Save”. The updated address will be used the next time a bill notification and/or payment confirmation message is sent.
