Journal of International Politics and Development (JIPAD) is a peer-reviewed journal published by the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University Kokomo, United States and the Department of Political Science and Public Administration at Babcock University Nigeria. The journal is published twice each year. The journal is concerned with global, regional and domestic issues relating to Africa and world development. It publishes articles that report original investigations and contribute new knowledge and understanding to the fields of public management, business, and related interdisciplinary issues.
Manuscripts are requested that examine scholarly account of studies of individuals, societies in Africa and other parts of the world. JIPAD is interdisciplinary in scope and welcomes articles, book review, essays, and research notes dealing with all levels of politics, development, business, and public management as they relate to Africa and world development. Articles submitted to the journal may be in the form of comparative analysis, case study or theory construction. An article must be of high intellectual quality and focus on good governance and politics, development, business, and public management. The editor makes decisions regarding publication of submitted manuscripts based on recommendations of reviewers in a blind peer-review process. Information that identifies the author should be omitted from copies submitted for review. Reviewers frequently provide comments that are made available to authors.
Manuscript should be typed double-spaced and must adhere to the convention of style described in the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association. Manuscript should be approximately 20-30 pages (including references) and must contain an abstract of approximately 200 words. All manuscript should be accompanied with a short biography of the author, a cover sheet with the title of the article, author's affiliation, mailing address, telephone, and fax numbers. Submission of manuscripts implies a commitment to publish in the JIPAD. Articles are accepted on the understanding that they are original works for publication solely in the Journal of International Politics and Development. Accepted manuscripts are subject to editorial modifications.
The editors require a copy of the manuscript on a compatible computer jump drive or flash drive once an article has been accepted. Manuscripts that do not follow these guidelines will be returned to the author for correction prior to review.

The editorial board requests that manuscripts be void of any language that might imply racial, ethnic, sexual, religious, or other kinds of discrimination, stereotype, or bias.
